How do I pick the right size?

We offer worldwide shipping, with all items shipping out from the US. To make things even easier for our international customers, we include the customs & duties cost at checkout so you won't need to deal with local customs or the postal office when your package arrives.

When are you expecting a restock?

Hi there! All orders will be shipped within 3 business days from our warehouse and ground shipping takes 2-7 business days to arrive. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with shipping details and tracking information.

Please note that preordered items typically take 4-8 weeks to complete crafting. Every piece of jewelry is handmade and may take some time to complete.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Order processing takes 1-2 business days. Shipping would take about 5-7 business days before it gets delivered. You will receive an order and shipping confirmation once the items are shipped out.
