Can I still change my shipping address?Updated 2 years ago

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact our support team immediately to provide the new and complete address.

  • If the order has not yet shipped, we will update the shipping address for you. 
  • If the order has shipped, unfortunately, we will not be able to correct your delivery address. You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. After which, you can reach out to your local courier to provide the new address and arrange the delivery.
